Twak Pariraksha (Skin Toning and Skin Care Programmes)
The cleansing, toning, scrubs and face massages make use of a delicate combination of exotic Indian Ayurvedic herbs and the natural goodness of fresh fruits and vegetables. It gently cleans, exfoliates and nourishes your skin and makes it supple.

Lekhaneyam (Euro 30)
In this procedure, a special Ayurveda herbal paste is massaged vigorously onto the skin for about 40 minutes. This is good for exfoliating dry skin, strengthening the tissues and removing dead cells, cellulites and excess fat from the body.

Mukha Pariraksha (Face Care)
The processes of cleansing, toning/rejuvenating, hydrating, application of nitrifying mask or facial pack - all utilizes natural ingredients in every step. The carefully planned out face care programme will leave your skin with a natural glow. For face clean up the rate is 8 € and that for face pack is 3 €.

Honey Neem facial (Euro 25)
It is a special Ayurveda  preparation which is anti-scarring and has a soothing effect. It also improves skin texture and enhances circulation and healing.

Turmeric Sandal facial (Euro 22)
It is a combination of Ayurveda medicinal remedies which has anti-scarring, healing and soothing properties.

Aloe Vera facial (Euro 22)
It is an effective formula proposed by Ayurveda which gives a cool and calm feeling and a glow to complexion. It penetrates and regulates the moisture in the skin and protects it from harmful UV rays.

Carrot Thulasi facial (Euro 20)
For this invigorating treatment, a traditional mixture of Indian spices is used to improve circulation, cleanse the skin and bring about depuration. This procedure is particularly helpful in treating acne and skin conditions like dermatitis, skin irritation, rashes and wrinkles.

Soma Herbal facial (Euro 20)
This is an intensive skin treatment procedure specially formulated by Somatheeram, which makes use of herbal and non-chemical creams.

Flower facial (Euro 22)
It is a unique moisturising treatment in Ayurveda which makes use of the essence of flowers. Found to be an effective remedy for minimising the ageing factors, this treatment protects the skin from moisture loss and provides maximum nourishment.

Thanka Bhasmam facial (Euro 30)

Soma Nectar (Fruit facials) (Euro 25)

Anti Ageing Facial (90 mins) (Euro 45)
This is a formula exclusively formulated by the Clinic which visibly reduces the various signs of ageing and gives the skin a special radiance and glow. It also helps to relax and rejuvenate.

Anti Wrinkle Treatment (60 mins) (Euro 35)
This treatment makes use of a special Ayurveda formula which helps in removing dead cells and smoothing out the wrinkles. A fresh and relaxed feeling also accompanies the treatment.

Eyebrow Shaping by Threading
Threading, which involves the shaping of eyebrows and removing facial hair using a thread, is made available here. After the procedure, a balm is applied followed by a cool tower compress.

Henna
Ayurveda recommends the use of Mehndi (Henna) for some ailments, such as dry skin and to hasten the healing of cuts and scratches. It also acts as a hair conditioner and is said to stop hair loss by strengthening the roots of the hair.

All henna application prices vary according to the complexity of the design (Body design- Euro 5 onwards), the length of hair (henna for the hair- Euro 10/12 ) etc. Only fresh leaves are used for the treatments.

General Information

Appointments- Please call Somatheeram Ayurveda Hospital or Reception to make an appointment. It is greatly appreciated that you should be on time for your appointment.

Cancellation- Cancellation requires a notice at least 24 hour prior to the appointment. Rescheduling an appointment will depend upon the free slots available at the clinic. Any cancellation with less than 6 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The entire charge of the treatment booked will be levied in case of a “No Show” without any prior cancellation as specified above.

Valuables-Though every effort is taken to look after your belongings, the Beauty clinic will not be liable for loss of any of your valuables. You are requested to leave your valuables in the lockers in your rooms.

• Men are requested to shave a few hours prior to a facial treatment.
• Please avoid shaving or waxing one day prior to body/face scrubs.
• For greater comfort during Beauty treatments, you may prefer removing hearing aids, spectacles or contact lenses.
• Take rest and avoid vigorous activity for at least one hour after treatments.
• Drink water before and after all treatments.
• Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions and those who are pregnant or have any medical complications, are advised to consult their doctors before signing up for any Beauty clinic treatments/services. Please let your Beauty clinic therapist know of any medical conditions.
• Treatment style, procedures and products may vary according to the constitution of the person.
• To preserve the tranquil environment of the Beauty clinic, you are requested to switch off your mobile phones, pagers and electronic devices at all times. Speaking at low volumes while at the Beauty Clinic will be much appreciated.
